Information you provide — When you use Fundonomy’s website, including applying or inquiring for our services, you will generally be required to provide personally identifiable information which may include your real name or alias(es), e-mail address(es), mailing address(es), phone number(s) and Social Security number, as well as financial information, which may include income, employment and bank account information. You may also have to provide specific documents to verify the information that you provide.
Information from your use of the website — We may collect additional user behavior information during your use of the website. This may include device information (such as your IP address), log information (such as pages visited), location information (such as your geographical location), and other information (such as cookies and anonymous identifiers).
Information from third parties — We may also collect information from third parties regarding our transactions and experiences with you (including your payment history) or automatically through cookies and other technologies (as defined below under “🍪 Cookies”). Information does not include publicly available information or information that has been de-identified, aggregated, or in a form that is not capable of being associated with or linked to you. We will retain your information for as long as needed to provide you services or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations and our backup, archival, and audit procedures.

To be crystal clear, Fundonomy DOES NOT rent or sell your information to third parties. We only share your information with third parties as described above.
Fundonomy is wholly committed to safeguarding your information. We utilize a comprehensive set of industry practices, technologies, and policies to help ensure your information is secure. We store all information in a secure, off-site, hosted environment, in an encrypted format, accessible only to Fundonomy employees, representatives, and service providers with special access rights. Fundonomy also employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate technology, which encrypts all data entered on the website and ensures a secure connection.
While we strive to protect your information using all available resources, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, Fundonomy cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of any data or information that you transmit to us.
In the event of a suspected breach of the security of your information, we will, to the extent required by law, notify you so you can take appropriate protective steps and inform you of the steps that Fundonomy is taking concerning any such suspected breach.
Like most platforms, we use cookies and similar technologies to store non-personally identifiable information, which helps make our website and services more efficient, user-friendly, and secure. We do not use or disclose your sensitive personal information for any other purpose except as described herein, or otherwise permitted pursuant to California law. D. With whom we share information.
We will provide your information to our trusted business partners who assist us in operating the website, conducting our business (including our lending partners and partners referring you to us), or servicing your account, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential and to limit their use of our information to the requested services.
We do not sell personal information, or otherwise provide personal information to third parties without your prior consent to do so, other than to the extent our use of third-party tracking technologies for advertising purposes may constitute “selling”/“sharing” as those terms are defined by the CCPA (as described further below). As with almost every e-commerce company, we share limited personal information, such as cookies, collected when you visit and interact with our website. We have provided you with opt-out rights as to that activity as described in subsections (E) and (F) below.

E. Your Privacy Rights.
If you are a California resident, subject to applicable law, you have the following rights under California law with respect to your personal information:
Right to Know [Access] — You have the right to request what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and/or sell, as applicable. You may request that we disclose the categories of personal information, categories of sources of personal information, categories of personal information about you we have sold, shared, or disclosed for a business purpose, categories of third parties to whom we have sold, shared, or disclosed for a business purpose your personal information, the business or commercial purposes for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information, and a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
Right to Correct — You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
Right to Delete — You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information that we’ve collected, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing — You have the right to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information by us. As described in the subsection above titled D. With whom we share information, Fundonomy “sells”/“shares” personal information when it participates in behavioral ad networks. Right to Non-Discrimination — We will NEVER discriminate against you for exercising any of the privacy rights above. It’s our prerogative, and it’s your right.
Right to Limit Use and Disclosure — You have the right to limit the use or disclosure of your sensitive personal information to only the uses necessary for us to provide our services to you. We will not use or disclose your sensitive personal information after you have exercised your right unless you subsequently provide consent for the use of your sensitive personal information for additional purposes.
The above rights are subject to various exclusions and exceptions under applicable laws. If you wish to exercise one of the above rights, we will need to verify your identity and authority, including providing, at a minimum, your first name, last name, and email address. Identity verification requires that we match the personal information that you provide with the information that we maintain.
You may also authorize someone to exercise the above rights on your behalf. As necessary, we will verify that the representative, or agent, has proper authorization to exercise the above rights on your behalf. We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense, however, we do sell/share your personal information, as those terms are defined under the CCPA, by participating in behavioral advertising networks, as described in Section (D) above.
